AZOXYSTAR ist ein Breitbandfungizid, formuliert als Suspensionskonzentrat mit 250 g/l (22,7 %) Azoxystrobin. Es zeichnet sich durch translaminare, systemische und protektive Wirkung zur Bekämpfung bestimmter Krankheiten in Getreide, Raps, Erbsen, Bohnen, Kartoffeln, Lupinen, Erdbeeren und Gemüse aus. Als QoI-Fungizid hemmt es die Pilzatmung und sollte vorbeugend oder bei ersten Krankheitsanzeichen angewendet werden. Es kann zudem die grüne Blattfläche in Kulturen länger erhalten als in unbehandelten Beständen, was potenziell zu erheblichen Ertragsvorteilen führt.
