HERBICIDE
- Clomazone
- 36 %HRAC 13
CLOMASTAR is a residual herbicide containing 360 g/l clomazone formulated as a capsule suspension (CS). It is designed for the control of annual weeds in a range of winter and spring broad-leaved crops, including oilseed rape, field beans, and peas. The product acts by inhibiting the biosynthesis of carotenoid pigments which are necessary for photosynthesis, causing susceptible weeds to emerge bleached and die shortly after.
