CLOMASTAR est un herbicide résiduaire contenant 360 g/l de clomazone formulé en suspension de capsules (CS). Il est conçu pour le désherbage des adventices annuelles dans une gamme de cultures dicotylédones d'hiver et de printemps, y compris le colza, les féveroles et les pois. Le produit agit en inhibant la biosynthèse des pigments caroténoïdes nécessaires à la photosynthèse, ce qui entraîne le blanchiment des adventices sensibles dès leur levée, suivi de leur mort rapide.
