Senior Formulation Scientist

We build generic crop protection products that are equivalent to the originator — same active, same performance in the field. As a Senior Formulation Scientist you'll take actives from lab characterisation through to a manufacturable, registrable formulation.

What you'll do

• Design and screen SC, EC, WG and OD formulations against reference products.
• Run stability, physical-chemical and bio-efficacy programmes.
• Partner with Regulatory to assemble the equivalence dossier.
• Scale from the bench to first production batches with Operations.

What you'll bring

• PhD or MSc in chemistry, formulation science or a related field.
• 5+ years formulating agrochemicals or a comparable regulated product.
• A rigorous, data-first approach and a bias for the field, not just the flask.
