CLOMASTAR è un erbicida residuale contenente 360 g/l di clomazone formulato come sospensione di capsule (CS). È progettato per il controllo delle infestanti annuali in una gamma di colture a foglia larga invernali e primaverili, tra cui colza, favino e piselli. Il prodotto agisce inibendo la biosintesi dei pigmenti carotenoidi necessari per la fotosintesi, facendo sì che le infestanti sensibili emergano sbiancate e muoiano poco dopo.
