LAYA is a sulfonyl urea herbicide containing 200 g/kg metsulfuron-methyl as a water-soluble granule formulation. It is designed for the spring-applied control of broad-leaved weed species in wheat, barley, oats, triticale, linseed, and on green cover on land temporarily removed from production. The product acts by contact and soil activity to inhibit weed growth.
