1.Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Life Scientific Ltd (the “Promoter”), whose registered correspondence address for the purposes of this promotion is contactable at: info@lifescientific.com. The prize hamper is kindly supplied by Hayman’s Gin (“the Prize Supplier”). Life Scientific Ltd is solely responsible for the administration of this promotion.

2.Eligibility

2.1This prize draw is open to individuals who:

  • are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;

  • are physically present at the Cereals UK 2026 event (“the Event”), held on 10–11 June 2026 at Diddly Squat Farm, 5-12 Chipping Norton Rd, Chadlington, Chipping Norton, OX7 3PE

  • complete the survey presented at the Life Scientific stand during the Event; and

  • are able to provide a valid UK delivery address for the purposes of prize redemption.

2.2The following persons are not eligible to enter:

  • employees, contractors, directors, or agents of Life Scientific Ltd, Hayman’s Gin, or any agency involved in the administration of this promotion;

  • immediate family members (spouse, civil partner, parent, sibling, or child) of any of the above; and

  • any person under the age of 18 at the time of entry.

2.3No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. Completion of the survey is the sole entry mechanism. The survey is provided free of charge and entrants are under no obligation to purchase any product as a condition of entry.

3.How to Enter

3.1To enter the prize draw, eligible individuals must:

  • visit the Life Scientific stand at the Cereals UK 2026 event;

  • complete the survey in full as directed by stand staff; and

  • provide a valid email address and UK delivery address upon request.

3.2One entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disregarded; only the first valid entry will be accepted.

3.3Entries must be made in person at the Event. Remote, online, or postal entries will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical or other means beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

3.4By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements set out in clause 2 and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.Promotion Period

4.1The promotion opens at 09:00 BST on 10 June 2026 and closes at 17:00 BST on 11 June 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Entries submitted outside of this window will not be accepted.

5.Prizes

5.1The prizes available in this prize draw are as follows:

Main Prize (1 winner):

  • One (1) hamper containing two (2) bottles of Hayman’s London Dry Gin, 70cl each.

Secondary Prizes (number at Promoter’s discretion):

  • One (1) bottle of Hayman’s London Dry Gin, 70cl.

5.2The prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, except at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

5.3The prize is subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and subject to the availability of stock from the Prize Supplier, to substitute any prize (or element thereof) with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be notified to the relevant winner prior to despatch.

5.4The prize is intended for personal use only. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if it is sold or offered for resale by the winner.

5.5Alcohol prizes will only be redeemed to individuals who confirm they are aged 18 or over at the point of delivery. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age before despatch.

6.Prize Draw & Winner Selection

6.1The winner(s) will be selected by a random draw conducted by the Promoter from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or before 18 June 2026.

6.2The draw will be conducted using an independently verifiable random selection process. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

6.3The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and entries. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, or who attempts to manipulate or abuse the promotion in any way.

7.Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

7.1Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at the time of entry on or before 18 June 2026.

7.2To claim their prize, the winner must respond to the notification email by contacting info@lifescientific.com. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification (“the Response Period”).

7.3If the winner fails to respond within the Response Period, or if the Promoter is unable to contact the winner having made all reasonable efforts to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries. The unclaimed prize may be offered to an alternative winner at the Promoter’s discretion.

7.4Winners must provide a valid UK postal delivery address before the prize can be despatched. The Promoter will not despatch prizes to non-UK addresses or to PO Box addresses.

7.5The prize will be mailed to the winner by post or courier following successful contact and verification of the winner’s details. Delivery is estimated within 14 working days of confirmation, subject to postal and courier service conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit once despatched to the confirmed delivery address.

8.UK Residency Requirement for Prize Redemption

8.1Prizes will only be despatched to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). Winners who are unable to provide a valid UK delivery address will forfeit their prize, and an alternative winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.

8.2Where applicable, the importation of alcohol is subject to local laws. By entering, entrants confirm they are responsible for ensuring any prize received complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

9.Data Protection & Privacy

9.1Personal data (including name, email address, and delivery address) collected as part of this promotion will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, notifying and corresponding with winners, and arranging delivery of prizes.

9.2The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data will not be retained beyond the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of this promotion, and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment (e.g. the Prize Supplier, postal or courier services).

9.3Entrants have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of their personal data at any time by contacting info@lifescientific.com. For the Promoter’s full privacy policy, please contact the Promoter directly.

9.4Entry into this promotion does not constitute consent to receive future marketing communications. Any separate consent to marketing will be sought and recorded independently.

10.Publicity

10.1By entering this prize draw, winners agree that the Promoter may use their first name and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the winner publicly (e.g. on social media or at the Event) without further notification or compensation, unless the winner objects in writing prior to such announcement.

10.2Winners may decline publicity by notifying the Promoter in writing at info@lifescientific.com at the time of responding to their winner notification.

11.General Conditions

11.1The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice, in the event of circumstances arising outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to events of force majeure, acts of God, pandemic, or failure of the Prize Supplier to supply the prize.

11.2The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this promotion or the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

11.3Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.4If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11.5This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Cereals UK, its organisers, LinkedIn, or Instagram. Any queries or complaints relating to this promotion should be directed to the Promoter, not to any of the foregoing parties.

11.6These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11.7This promotion complies with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), the Gambling Act 2005, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12.Responsible Drinking

12.1This prize draw involves alcoholic products. The Promoter promotes responsible drinking and encourages all winners and recipients to enjoy alcohol responsibly.

12.2This promotion is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or over. The Promoter will not knowingly deliver alcohol prizes to any person under the legal drinking age. No purchase of alcohol is required or implied by entry into this promotion.
