CLOMASTAR es un herbicida residual que contiene 360 g/l de clomazona formulado como suspensión en cápsulas (CS). Está diseñado para el control de malas hierbas anuales en una variedad de cultivos de hoja ancha de invierno y primavera, incluyendo colza, habas y guisantes. El producto actúa inhibiendo la biosíntesis de pigmentos carotenoides necesarios para la fotosíntesis, provocando que las malas hierbas susceptibles emerjan blanqueadas y mueran poco después.
