KONTESS® es un insecticida/acaricida polivalente a base de lambda-cialotrina (100 g/L), formulado en suspensión de cápsulas (CS). Actúa por contacto e ingestión sobre un gran número de plagas como los pulgones, las orugas, los coleópteros y los trips. KONTESS® está autorizado en numerosos cultivos, incluyendo cereales, colza, maíz, árboles frutales, vid y diversos cultivos de hortalizas. El producto pertenece a la familia química de los piretroides (Grupo IRAC 3A).
